My journey into baking began at a time of personal change, when one chapter closed, and a new beginning was waiting for me. With a background as a nurse and a busy life as a wife and mother of two, I knew I wanted to build something that allowed me to blend my passion with the things I hold most dear—my family, my love for creating, and a desire for a lifestyle that brought me joy without needing a break from it. Baking, for me, has always been more than just a way to make a treat. It’s about crafting memories around special moments, like birthdays and Christmases, and sharing the warmth of those moments with others. 

At *Just a Little More*, I believe in offering just that: *a little more*. More love. More care. More attention to detail. And more of the things that make life sweet. I use only the finest quality ingredients in everything I create, from cookies that melt in your mouth to cupcakes that make you smile, all made with the same dedication to quality that I pour into my family’s traditions. 

As a quiet, thoughtful person, I put my heart into every order and treat, ensuring that what I offer isn’t just something you can taste, but something that makes you feel good. My business is small, bespoke, and crafted with you in mind. When I’m not baking, you can find me enjoying the outdoors—riding my motorbike, relaxing at the beach, camping, or curled up with a good book. These are the moments that refresh me, inspire me, and remind me of the importance of slowing down and savouring the sweetness of life.
